Stellum Black Bourbon Whiskey

A new era of Stellum Bourbons.

It takes a special kind of skillset to master the art of blending and sourcing the best premium Spirits around the world and the folk at Barrel Craft Spirits certainly seem to have it. Created in 2013 in Kentucky by Joe Beatrice who wanted to share his passion for unique, high-quality Spirits with the world, the BCS lads seek out the best leftovers there are (Not the kind you have in your fridge after Christmas.) and put them together to shine as their best selves. Award-winning stuff, we tell ya, with their Blended Bourbon for example single-handedly announcing the rise of the Blended Whiskey when it was awarded Double Gold at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Stellum Black Bourbon takes Stellum Bourbon to the next level. Taking reserve barrels from their stocks with the original Stellum Bourbon blend, this is a unique Bourbon that brings robust flavors on the layered and complex palate with notes of lightly charred sweet orange, leather, floral vanilla, cardamom, cedar, and just a touch of spicy nuts. If you’re acquainted with Stellum Bourbon, you’ll definitely recognize something familiar in this creation, but at the same time something entirely new.
