A classic ten-year Irish Single Malt from the heart of Ireland.

Tipperary Boutique Distillery Company Ltd. was founded in 2016 to make gorgeous Irish Whiskey. They are putting together a real estate operation, growing their own barley, setting their own stills, and building storage to house the aging spirits. Until those operations are complete, the distilling is done for them. But take nothing away from that effort. The craft and passion are there in all three of their products so far released.

Tipperary Knockmealdowns honors the mountain range that overlooks the Ahearn Farm on the Tipperary border. It is a VERY limited edition — coming from only six casks or triple pot-distilled Irish Single Malt aged a full ten years in ex-Bourbon casks. The spirit is cut to a spot-on 47% ABV with water flowing on the family farm in Tipperary. Each bottle is individually numbered.
