A whisky collecting friend of mine recently introduced Triple Dog to me. I don’t typically jump at Irish whiskies. Really liked the nose and smoothness, no burn and a great sipper. This one is worth a try.

Drinks like much pricier Irish whiskeys. Velvet smooth with some nice hints of vanilla and caramel. If you’re an Irish whiskey person, do yourself a favor and score a bottle. You’ll be glad you did.

Legit - truly different from other Irish

A well-whiskey'd friend of mine sent me their Instagram and website - seemed they're doing some fun things over there so I picked up a bottle and glad I did. Never been one to look at gold medals to make a buying decision but to me theirs are well earned. It's warm on the throat, not a burn like other Big Irish. VERY good - drinks like a much more expensive bottle.
